This is a non-WM kit build. Mahogany body, DiMarzio pickups, also swapped out the knobs, but otherwise, everything else was stock with the kit. After playing this one for a while, I reasoned that I didn't need another 7 and built two lower-tuned 6s instead (baritone tuning without the bari scale neck). But I'm just a chug player, not a meedly-meedly player

Hardest part was sourcing good red pickups in 7-string and fitting the H-S-H config of the pickguard. This was built during the 2020 shutdown, so I had plenty of opportunity to go back and forth to the garage while working remotely on my laptop in the backyard and keeping an eye on the kids while they played
