7/8 Mahogany HH Tele

"Finally" got the neck and body that I ordered on April 10!  (It was almost exactly when predicted, but felt like forever!)
7/8 Tele Neck and Body - both Mahogany
Boatneck Warhead with SS frets
Body rear-routed for humbuckers with a recessed TOM bridge. 
Will post pictures as I get going on it.

I started rough carving on it last night. Planning to finish similar to a cherry SG.

Very interesting contours! I like it.

Did a little carving on the warhead headstock to add a little interest.  Roughed out with Dremel then used small carving knives.  First time I have tried that.  Pretty happy with the vibe!

One more.  Buffed it with maroon Scotch Brite until the carve has a nice driftwood sheen.

Just about got this one whipped.  Waiting on knobs to arrive this week, but otherwise this one has come together and is playing beautifully!  Will pay some pics when I get it done.
