Hey. If anyone has a wiring diagram or anything of the sort for a 6 string gecko-style bass, it would be very appreciated. Thanks.

The wiring diagram will be entirely dependent on your choice of pickups, preamps, pots, etc...

There is nothing wiring specific about a Gecko bass.

What do you have in mind for electronics?

Basically, I want it to be something like the following
Bridge pickup volume knob
Neck pickup volume knob
Bridge tone Knob
Neck Tone Knob
Pickup selector switch
Top boost switch

I just dont know what I need as far as wires, pots, capacitors, details like that.

As Wyliee said, you need to do some research into pickup brands.  You'll find a lot of these things are options on various active preamps and come prewired so you just need to drop them into the guitar.

Look at brands such as Norstrand, Seymouor Duncan, DiMarzio, Bartolini, Aguilar, EMG etc.

See what options are available to you.

With discussing the Top Boost portion, the  2xVol + 2xTone and pickup selector wiring is very simple, and standard, and there are hundreds of diagrams all over the www, and on here about how to wire that.  The top boost bit will alomost certainly require an active preamp, and so that will be need some research.

Wires, Pots, capacitors etc will all depend on the pickups and pre-amp combination. Once you have got a clearer idea of pickups, we'll be able to help you narrow down your options.
Any particular bass sounds you like?  Bands / players  you are trying to emulate?

I basically want a sound with good low and high end and good harmonics. I'm thinking about getting EMGs. I might go with DiMarzio, but EMGs are my preference.
As far as sound, I want it to sound something like Michael Lepond of Symphony X. Something like that. Symphony X's song Domination is a good example of the tone I want.
