5 way switch on a a back routed v? I NEED HELP

I need a switch that isn't like the common 5 way strat pickup switch because im working with a v body. I need like a 5 way knob with a rooster head top like in the discontinued model of the 3 pickup gibson flying v but I can't seem to find that and I need some help

by "rooster head" do you mean a rotary switch?

If so, there are plenty of them out there.

All of the ones on this page can be set to 5 positions.  They have a little adjustable cam to select the number of active positions.  I've used the C6 series and they work well.
