Those look nice, but I think I'm off leather straps for a while.

I bought one of these ↓ for my bass a few months ago and the shoulder pad squeaks constantly when I play it.

Maybe I still have to break it in. :dontknow: But for now I'm sticking with the nylon ones, even if they don't look as classy.

Yea. I've still got 1 or more of those hanging in the back of in my closet and they're probably as old as the one Paul is using.
They're painful after a certain amount of time for me.

The reason I went for these is the 4" width and more even distribution of weight = comfort.

Got any links to a 4" wide nylon strap or any kind of strap 4" wide? OK How about 3.25" wide or more? ... unbranded of course.
