BTW, "Question without notice":  Has it ever happened that a body has received the wrong finish? You must do hundreds of paint jobs all week, there is obviously a risk of that occurring. How do you keep "whoopsies" down?

Hehe! Good name, especially with that clown finish. But, I don't see the problem with that bridge. It beats the snot out of the brain fart they've been putting on Teles for the last 60 years or so. Of course, if you really have a hard-on for the traditional look, you can always put one of these on it...

 

That way you can look Tele-ish but still be practical.
