2Tek Bass Bridge Parts Question

I recently bought a bass with the original 2Tek bridge from the 90s.  The set screws on the saddles range from moderately stripped to completely stripped so I really can't adjust them.  Does anyone know what size the set screws are and where I can order them from?  Also, is there anywhere to buy replacement saddles if for some reason I can't get the complete stripped screws out?  Before I start going at them I wanted to be sure I had the parts on hand.  Thanks in advance for any assistance anyone can provide on this.

Thanks stratamania.  I did send a note just now to Warmoth to see if they sell replacement saddles for the original style 2Tek.  I did determine the set screw size which is 6-32 x 5/16 by taking one that wasn't stripped to a local hardware store which matched it up for me.  Sent the follow-up with Warmoth on the saddles to be sure I have a way to get parts before I try to get the stripped screws out to replace so I know I have a backup plan if I damage the saddle while trying to get the bad ones out.
