Got my cs69's along with pots and switch. wired. sounds great.
ash body maple with rose neck. everything is pretty much original strat. SOUNDS AMAZING THREW ME AND MY DADS BLUES DELUXE!!!!!! now i just need an amp of my own. any suggestions, i like the srv and jimmie sound. :occasion14:

You're already doing okay with the Blues Deluxe (not what Stevie played, but it'll do).  Now you need a Leslie simulator pedal and a Tube Screamer (or any of the myriad clones, to suit your particular ear).  Congrats on the Strat - now we need to see pictures (or it doesn't exist)!

I concur, pics or it don't exist. As for the amp, the Fender Blues Jr 15w is a nice little home amp that you can get some devilish tones out of.

Digitech Bad Monkey FTW for tubescreamer clones. It's a little bit clearer with a little higher output and half the price. The circuit is nearly the same and I'm only a fan of the mods they made.

Sounds like a nice guitar, by the way.
