17mm bml size

Gonna be building my first warmoth deluxe 5 jazz soon and I want to use hipshot ultralite clover tuners I was wondering what to go with, the 3/8” or the 1/2”? Any one have experience with these?

For my bass players bass, I went with the 3/8".  Still nice and light, and looks right.

Its the 1/2" that will fit the 17mm BML holes.

That is certainly true.  I did not realize that you had already ordered the neck.

If you already have 17mm holes, get the 1/2" tuners.
