Nice! While I do not have a cat themed guitar, I do have several bite marks on my roasted maple headstocks from a cat that loved chewing on them.

I’m a Julian Lage fan as well. I saw an interview with him once where he said he used the Tele bridge pickup only throughout an entire tour (just as a challenge to himself if I remember right).

No time for KNS6 love while I’m putting together my 23rd Strat. I like the KNS6 okay, but the Strat is ergonomically perfect for me and I love the added contrast that a different colored / designed pickguard gives it.

Watched the Pavement movie this summer and discovered about 14 years ago Pitchfork put this as their #1 song of the 90’s. They’ve since made a revised list that has Mariah Carey’s Fantasy (remix with ODB) as #1.

Reposting this since I put a new neck on awhile ago. Had a shorter scale Bloodwood neck that I just couldn’t get along with. Switched to Warmoth thin, all maple with 6115 SS frets, and 10-16 radius. Dimarzio pickups.

Not quite, but I remember picking up another guitar and using the front of the neck as an ersatz slide on my plugged in guitar. This was shortly after I saw Sonic Youth for the first time back in ‘92.

I have a set of Broadcaster pickups from Manlius. How authenticity vintage they sound, I can’t say, but they sound great. Plus it includes free relicing if you’re into that sorta thing.
