I am not going to argue, but at the end of the day a bass was made with frets and some bored dude just one day decided to take his frets off, there is no point, leave the bass be how it was designed, with frets. Next, well will have fretless guitars and skinless drummers....haha.

You should just emulsion your guitar, go down to B&Q, I reckon they will be an offer on or something. It will be cheaper too.

Hey everyone, it is great to see that people are replying to my poll, even if some people have a dirty mind...... haha. I am quite surprised, I though I would get everyone just saying "I use two finger". It is great to see that this is not the case.

I always use three fingers like Bill Sheehan, but I always wonder what everyone else uses.

I am not sure if there is point posting as it is old, oh well one day it will be read. I have always liked Jazz basses with scratch plates on my self, they look weird without them.
