thanks, I'll dig out my files and order some extra saddles 'cos it looks like there's gonna be some trial and error here.  I also just found a tune o matic stlye bridge with adjustable height saddles on the Allparts website but it's quite pricey. 

I just purchased a Warmoth Pro compound radius neck for a guitar body with a Gibson style tune o matic bridge.  The new fretboard radius goes from 10" at the nut to 16" at the heel.  Most all of the TOM bridges have a 12" saddle radius.  Any tips or thoughts on how to keep the string height even...
