Well going by the photo the centre to centre looks close to 55 - 56 mm and the spec for the mounting stud span is 2.2" (55.9mm). So the body looks right.

It is not clear what you are asking about. If it is making part of a pickguard rather than the entire thing, the easiest way would be to start with a complete pickguard, or make one and then cut off the parts you don't need.
The obvious place to put a kill switch would be in the path of the output cable before the output jack. However then you cannot bypass the volume and tone, but given it is an active setup such a bypass won't give you a boost in any case.

I wanted to make sure either way that there was no misconception for anyone about whether lam tops can be added to an already produced showcase body.
In your case, as you say, you are probably better looking for something in the showcase that ticks all the boxes, but there is no guarantee it...

The datum point of the bridge on the bodies does not change relative to those two scale lengths applied specifically to these two body and neck types being discussed.
