    first assembly attempt

Oh...gees...I guess that I'm 'way' out of bounds for suggesting that I could help.  I got alot of 'bad' responses for offering this idea.  I suppose 'nobody' should offer to put together 'anybody' elses guitars.  That is not needed here. ps  (seriously, this does not apply to the above poster) ...

    Floyd Rose Nut

Well...jig or no jig...even though I have the tools to help you, or anybody else in your situation...some of the 'Waromoth' posters are mad that I offered to help you because I'm not a 'Website'.  I'm a real person. Excuse my thoughtlessness.

    Tele Body Modification.

Oh...sorry about that post above.  I guess it's alright for most of the other posters to harass you about your personal choices for a guitar you want to build...but it's not ok for me to offer to help you out.  It goes against the 'spirit' of these boards... My bad.

    truss rod adjustment

Oh...hey...sorry I gave you that free advice up above...I guess that it's against the 'spirit' of the boards... :(

    Dumb question about truss rod....

I'd like to point out that I am proud of you for fully reading all 7 of my posts.

    somthing not right...pick ups

Definately sounds like the pickup is accidentally tapped.  (only 1 coil working). Oh...woops...I'm not allowed to give out advice or opinions on here...because I run a repair business...my bad. :( In any case...could you post a picture of your wiring?

Looking for pickup routing template and pickguard routing template

Do you repair guitars? My original answer 'echoed' actual advice, that was just as helpful as the guys before and after me that said...go see this website that makes pickgaurds.  I, infact, am not a website..but an actual person that has skills in making pickgaurds, and fixing/building...

Looking for pickup routing template and pickguard routing template

Oh, calm down.  My post had nothing to do with you, and didn't hurt a soul.  The fact is that I do repair guitars, and I do make custom pick guards, and I'm full of all kinds of helpful skills and solutions that relate to Warmoth guitars, and the people who buy their parts, and want a little...

    first assembly attempt

Hi, my name is Mark Stockwell, and I'm a repairman that lives near the Warmoth factory.  I wonder if they would allow me to assemble a guitar for a client like you before shipment!?  It does sound like you are wanting the task for yourself...as it is rewarding.  And I'm just throwing...

    truss rod adjustment

Hmmm...weird thread.  Anyway, the simple, and equally madening answer I have, is that there is possibly no right answer.  I am an experienced guitar repairman, and have adjusted a 1000 truss rods I guess...and quite honestly, each one reacts a little different. Most of the time, almost totally...

    Dumb question about truss rod....

If you still need help, and live in the Tacoma/Puyallup/Bonney Lake area, or want to make a trip...or ship...I can get your guitar to 'Potential'. email: Stockwellguitars@aol.com Mark

    Tele Body Modification.

I think this project sounds fun.  I can make you one (unfinished...ya' know...glossy etc.) to your exact specs for probably $500 + wood cost.  We can go pick out the wood, make some sketches, and I'll turn you out a fine specimen. There are some limitations to how thin a body can/should...

    Floyd Rose Nut

Not sure if I'm too late here...but I am a guitar repairman near Warmoth, and I made a jig so I can route floyd pockets.  I've done 2 so far for clients, and they turned out great!  If you need yours customized, give me a jingle.  I'm thinking $30-$40 should cover it. email...

Pickup problem in an Ibanez hollowbody

Sometimes these hollowbodies can be a bit tricky when pulling out electonics, and putting them back in.  If you want help, I'm a local (tacoma/puyallup/bonney lake) tech, and would be willing to fix it for you. email:stockwellguitars@aol.com p.s. does the 1 wire have a braided metal outer...
