EB-0/Dimarzio Model One route for basses in the true neck position?

You know, a la Billy Sheehan's wife/ Yamaha Attitude basses?  The P pickup where it always is but the Mudbucker/Model One route just past the fingerboard. I guess it would also be too much to ask for a Attitude or Rick-O-Sound dual jack?

    Question on Dinky J pickguards

Why is there not e a P-bass neck pickup option on your Dinky J pickguard?  This is a Warmoth only body, and they are the only ones who make a pickguard to fit.  So the option is offered on the body builder, it's not on the pickguard.  Why?  This makes no sense,  I really want to order this...

    Jaguar short scale bass body

Oh, I agree.  How hard could it be just to add this body shape? The would not have to make a new neck for it because they already have 30 and 32 inch necks for their whole SS line, so why not add a Jag shaped body?  I was so sad to hear that Fender/Squire discontinued these. They are much loved...

    More original bodies, headstocks

I love the Z body shape, it's your most original shape, love the G shape too, and the Warhead, Warmoth, and  Vortex headstocks.  You guys really ought to get a designer or designers and come up with a few more shapes.  Anyway, love your stuff.  Keep it up.

    Reversed P Pickups

I second that emotion, with the option to have regular or reverse P pickups in both neck and bridge positions.

    New body suggestion

Since you are a Fender licensee, how about doing the first new Fender bass design in years?  I'm talking about the Dimension.  It would be great if you could do it but with your wood and finish options along with all the pickup options.  Of course, there are no after market Dimension pickups, so...

Hipshot/Parsons/Green B-Bender route for Tele bodies

Wow, really?  How much? You can PM me or email me at RRDLR2  AT  yahoo  dot com.

Hipshot/Parsons/Green B-Bender route for Tele bodies

This seems like it really should be an option already.  It's one of the most historically and musically important hardware options associated with the Telecaster. Seems like a no brainer to me.

Suggested new routes for bass bodies

Oh, I know you're not picking on me.  I believe they collide when you put the neck Jazz pickup where Fender traditionally puts it, but that's not what I meant or want.  I mean to put a J pickup where Music Man puts their single coil.  Like in this picture of a Stingray HS.  The bridge pickup is...

Suggested new routes for bass bodies

Yeah, another cool one would be to be able to get a J Pickup in the neck while keeping an MM in the sweet spot, a la Music Man's HS models.  If you get the MM in the sweet spot rather than bridge position, you lose the option for a second pickup of any type.  While I'm it, I think it would be...

Suggested new routes for bass bodies

How about P and reverse P in a bridge position?  BC Rich have basses with two P pickups, and I've seen them here and there for awhile.  Why not give DIYs the option to make their own double P pickups axe. How cool would that be?

Suggested new routes for bass bodies

How about - • Reverse P, a la Spector and others. • Slant J and Reverse Slant J • Filtertron/TVJones • Guitar sized humbucker • Delano Xtender, both single oval and pseudo P spilt styles. ? What do you think?

    Oil finishes

I call BS on all the reasons why Warmoth does NOT offer oil finishes.  Tung oil the standard finish on bolt-on neck guitars and basses at Carvin and they only charge 60 bucks for it on their replacement necks.  So why not get your neck from them then, you say? Well, for guitars, fine, I will...

Why are some outdated options still available?

I am confused about why some options are offered and why others aren't.  Why oh why for instance, do you offer a Hipshot Bridge option for 5 string basses but not for 4 string basses? The are the de facto after market bridge for bass guitars. Leo Quan is dead for God's sake, his bridges are out...

    Oil finishes

One more suggestion while I'm at it.  Not that any ever get adopted, but why not?  It would also be cool if you offered a tung, gun, or boiled linseed oil finish(es) for both necks and bodies.
