Guitar is now in the hands of Lindquist Guitarservice here in my hometown, for the final fretwork, soldering and intonation adjustments. Very exited to get it back, ready to rock!
It will only be a 3 way for selecting pickups. I have a mini switch in addition to switch between hot and "soft" setup.
Soft meaning that the humbucker will be coil splitted and the single coil tapped.

Why do you prethread the screw holes? I'm about to put the pick guard on my build and don't want to screw it up.....
Did not get the RS parts I initially wanted - so I ended up with a couple of Bourns Model 82 Vintage Premium Guitar Potentiometers, and some Switchcraft parts. Should be of a good enough quality I assume.

I will go for a simpler solution. I'll let the two pickups go to different volume pots - and have a mini-switch witch will tap/split both of the pickups, no matter what position the selector-switch will be in.
Should be pretty straight forwards - something like this...
