My guitar teacher has built a full mahogany warmoth strat and told me to take a look at their homepage. I fell in love instantly  :)

I'm looking for a hard case (for stratocaster and a ibenz-style Yamaha RGX) as well. Does anybody have experiences with the SKB Route 66 case or with SKB cases in general? Thanks

Very nice, thinking about getting a gold strat as well. How does the chambered mahogany sound? I'm very interested in it, because i think the chambering could give the mahogany a resonant and open tone.

Mhm yeah i like that guitar, but it's a way too much. I wanna get a thing between your guitar and this one, classic with a modern noble touch.

But the violin strings aren't as thin as the guitar's. The high e-string will cut through the wood bit by bit i think, but if you choose very hard wood, it could work.

I agree to the topic, but demand determines supply. If there are more people who want tremolo routings, there'll be more bodies with it.

you won't hear a big difference i think, but it's always better to have the polepieces directly under the strings

all this sleepless nights i'm passing through at the moment.... but this pleasant anticipation is as good as getting the final guitar  :)
