Maybe its different over here (Australia). But no one seems to be interested in floyd tremolos. Personally I already have 3 guitars a floyd tremolo, i now want to build a warmoth with a gotoh 510. Guess i'll have to order one and pay a bit extra.

I've been keeping a close eye on the showcase bodies the past few months, in particular the VIP. Why the heck are they ALL consistently routed for a tremolo???? Last i looked about 40% of guitarists preferred a non tremolo bridge.

As in *IF* there is only 3 solid bodies and the rest are derivatives then some of the derivatives have changed from the original 3 an extreme amount.

I often have wondered what the appeal is with strats, why do people spend big bucks on them? I have played quite a few strats (never owned one though), i HATE them with a passion. I don't like the sound of fender single coils (actually I don't like single coils much full stop), and don't like...

Does anyone have an image (preferrably high res) of a VIP body in transparent Blue or Dyed Blue with black hardware. I want this combination for my new warmoth project, but am unsure how the black hardware will look on a fairly dark body finish. Thanks
