I'm not massively familiar with different tuners on the market. I'd love to utilise Fender vintage tuners but it looks like Warmoth don't offer the required hole size (9.9mm I think). Is anyone aware of anything similar which would fit the standard Warmoth hole options?

Thanks for the replies all, I like the dowel idea but think I'm going to get my local luthier to do the actual work!!
