Hopefully you’ll get yours soon! Mine was pretty standard so that probably helped - Strat shape, standard thin, roasted maple / rosewood, 10-16 radius, Tusq nut, SS6150.

I ordered a custom neck, no finish, on Oct 18th. It shipped yesterday, Nov 30, so 6 weeks including the Thanksgiving holiday.

Looks nice! Where did you get the pickguard routed for XII pickups?

Maybe some are tuned down a bit, but all the way to B even at 25.5” scale is tough. I’d rather have a more traditional 27-29” scale for that tuning.

I would also be interested in a baritone conversion 12 string neck.

I have Sperzel staggered locking tuners on my Warmoth XII neck and did not need any string retainer or string trees.

Those are my guitars in the offsetguitars post. Yes, there is a small amount of play with the front roller but string tension keeps it in place.

For what it’s worth I did shim the neck with a stewmac 0.5 degree shim too.

And for anyone wondering, these fit well in a Reverend standard size teardrop case.

My wiring is messy, but works. It's a 5 way switch, with a push/pull tone knob to activate the bridge. I like to have options! The 3rd knob is a bass cut (from the G&L store), like the Reverend BCC or G&L PTB controls. The pots are CTS and I used Sozo capacitors for the treble cut and bass cut...
