General feel of a 10"-16" Compound Radius?

I am trying to undo my decades of heavy hands, these tips are GOLD!.... For many years my only guitar was a Lado Solo 1, an obscure Canadian brand from the 1970/80. Which I loved but it was heavy and largely unused so I sold it on Not having any experience (knowledge) with different neck...

    GAS Alert!!!!

Yes, I pulled the trigger pretty quickly. Now... to figure out what the rest of it will be? Guess it gives me time to burnish it.

I thought this was my last....

The mini switches allow the following selections... single coil both coils in series both coils in parallel for each pickup. There is a link to the wiring in the build thread about 1/2 way down the page. That and the standard 3 way pickup selector makes for a fairly wide selection of sounds.

    Hardtail, Sherwood Green

As a 60th birthday present for myself, I built the following. Better late than never posting it? For pickups, I chose DiMarzio PAF 36 in the neck and super distortion in bridge with all black hardware. Build thread I have also done a telecaster (thinking it would be my last), but...

    What feels most like Ebony?

I used to own a "the paul" with an ebony fretboard that I loved and sadly sold. I never enjoyed playing rosewood. My latest project has a Kingwood fretboard and it is my absolute favourite. I also own 2 Warmoth roasted maple necks which I love, just a little less....

Let me introduce.. My next guitar

Just a quick final update. I've been playing it a lot, the others are getting green with jealousy. It is the first Tele I have ever played and I feel the attraction. I am very happy with how it plays and sounds. The only future change I can see would be to switch the tone and volume...

My Warmoth Guitar Family. Each one has (is/was) become my favorite as completed, moving clockwise starting in the back. Fickle me! 🤣

Let me introduce.. My next guitar

Here are a couple pics of it assembled. I may replace the chrome scratch guard screws with black. I have wired it using a Mod Garage article from Premier Guitar. The color variations are a prime example of my photo editing skills. So far I am quite happy with the playability of it.

    Website Bugs and Feature Requests

Noticed that the option to chose neck heel shape on the Strat neck page (https://warmoth.com/guitar-necks/stratocaster) But that the total neck count did not match the counter under the selector. IMHO a great addition, but I only saw it on the strat neck page and not on others.. Thanks

Let me introduce.. My next guitar

The neck pocket is a little tight, but nothing that a few passes with some sandpaper can't quickly resolve.

Let me introduce.. My next guitar

Received my neck Friday, busy weekend, pictures soon. @stratamania, you were bang on about satin nitro, how close it is to bare roasted maple. Many thanks for your suggestion. Super happy with it, a big thanks to everyone at Warmoth involved in creating it for me.
