Hey thanks guys! I really enjoyed this project. Sometimes I got a lot of work all done at once, other times (especially the finishing) I would just put on a movie, and rub Tru-oil in with a t-shirt...over and over again. There must be 30 coats on there, all rubbed in over the space of about 2...

I decided to leave it as is. It's just a small gap, and barely noticeable. It sure was a hard lesson though.... in clamping down your templates well before routing. My heart about dropped to the floor when I went to fit the neck afterwards.
