RIP Gail Zappa

I just heard the news that Gail Zappa has passed away. Gail did so much throughout the past 22 years, to protect and defend the legacy of her husband, Frank. It's a shame to see her go, but I suppose that 70 years is a fair run. May she rest in peace. :sad:

I would like to have met her. Anybody who could function in the orbit of someone as unique as Frank Zappa had to have been quite a character in their own right. And I mean that in a positive way.

yeah, I've heard Moon and Dweezil both talk about the difficulties they had being around some of Frank's intentional and unintentional "cadre"

It would be interesting to know if she truly had to "deal with it" or if she was as open to crazy as Frank.
