Is this wiring diagram correct

The best way to figure that out is to use a multimeter on the specific push-pull pots that you have.

I agree with the guy in that last post - wired that way would give you the split in the down position - but, I also agree with Stratamania - check first.

Assuming it is the wrong way round, you'd just need to swap the black wires on the switches to the other side of the red/white pair.
