WTB - emg pickups and baritone neck(strat)

Title pretty much sums it up. I'm specifically looking for a loaded EMG h/s/s pickguard, but I'll at least consider other pickups as well. And I am also lookin for a baritone conversion neck for my strat, I'm not too picKY about woods, my only preference would be that the frets are stainless steel, but I'm flexiable with that as well.

I got some seymour Duncan pickups, a few pedals, and a ibanez bass I'd be willing to trade as well.
