Instead of reviving an old thread that veered off topic, I'll just start this new one.
Some may remember I was looking for a quilted maple pickguard for a black Warmoth strat build. After some searching around I discovered GilroyGuitars.com out of Australia. I'll skip the story and go straight to the results. But first I would like to say what a pleasure it was dealing with Peter at Gilroy, his superb craftsmanship and excellent communications (with picture updates of the progress) is really great. I had him build blackburst quilted maple guards for my strat and also jazz bass. Here they are!
