Wiring help

I'm preparing the wiring schematics for my first project. I have a PRS HFS Treble and a Vintage bass pickup and I'm going for a 5-way rotary with 1 volume and 1 tone knob.

I sat down trying to figure it out on my own until I was sure my mind was properly fcuked up.

I've bought this 5-way rotary switch; http://www.guitarelectronics.com/product/SWR51/5Way_Rotary_Guitar_Pickup_Selector_Switch.html

I've planned on using these schematics; http://www.guitarelectronics.com/product/WD2HH5R11_06/Guitar_Wiring_Diagram_2_Humbuckers5Way_Rotary_Switch1_Volume1_Tone.html

Now that schematic tells me I have a north start, north finish, south finish and south start + groundwire from each pickup.

I got my pickups in the mail today, and they both have a grey 3-conductor cable. I'll try to give as good a description of the schematics that followed.

HFS Treble; Pictured as North (where the screws are) and south.
And the following list;
- Black (Hot)
- Red (Coil Tap)
- White (Ground)

Vintage Bass; Pictured as North, South (where the screws are)
And the following list;
- White (Hot)
- Red (Coil Tap)
- Black (Ground).

+ both; Shield to ground (the big silver one...)

Since this is the first time I'll be doing this, I'm naturally confused out of my mind :toothy11:. How do I combine the two?

found this, http://www.stewmac.com/freeinfo/I-PRS.html , only confused me further. Perhaps I should get some sleep:p But I hope someone with a little experience could help me out here... If anyone has done this before, tell me black = north finish or something like that?

Nevermind, just when all hope was gone stewmac saved me :laughing7:
