Will Black Nitro Blush?

Dark colors blush more - you'll have to do with lower humidity, and a retarder, and or heating the piece.

If possible warm the finish prior to application.  If the aerosol's temp is higher than the ambient air temp you significantly reduce condensation.

Rattle cans can be heated in a pan of warm water.  If you are using open spray gear you may need to get a little more creative, just remember that you are working with a volatile solvent and use some common sense about open flames or electrical systems (motors and such that may generate sparks.)

So a kerosene heater would be a bad idea?  Just kidding. :laughing7:  I've been soaking the cans in a bucket of warm water for about 10mins before spraying time and it seems to do fine.  Has been less humid the last few days so I got the black on.

You cant try to warm up aerosols but.... in the big picture, there is cooling in the stream from the nozzle due to the lowering of pressure and evaporation.  Not sure how effective it would be on blush.  I've literally used a hair drier to get rid of blush - or just waited a while and it eventually would dissipate.  BUT - you spray black or any dark color - the only way to get rid of blush is to make sure it doesn't form, and heat or no - it takes low humidity for that to happen.  Get a nice DRY place and it will be better than heating the piece or the finish.
