Which Seymour wiring scheme

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone could help me find the right Seymour Duncan wiring scheme for my guitar. I have a Cool Rails at the neck, a Vintag Rails in the middle and a Lil' Screamin' Demon at the bridge. I want to wire it so that the Demon gets split when it's combined with the middle pickup, and I have a CRL 5-way switch from Warmoth.

Hope someone who understands this better than me can help! Thanks in advance!

Cheers,
Øystein

I don't think there's a schematic for that. And I'm not sure, but I think you'll need a megaswitch.

I see... I'll wait a little while and see if anyone else has something to add, but thanks foryour help. Will I have to go for a super switch like StewMac sells then?

Chees,

Sounds like a cool setup. You may want to treat the bride middle thing the same as splitting a humbucker.

I might spend some time on
http://www.guitarelectronics.com/

I've found it useful in the past.
BTW Let me know how it works out :icon_biggrin:

Thanks! I'll check out the site. I think the setup will be cool, but as I haven't had a chance to hear it yet I don't know for sure. I'll let you know how it works out.

Very quick...Almost...Pre-Cognitive...
the rails is a a dual coil so the wiring diagram should work.

You guys are amazing! Max is certainly right in his tag line! :) I'll try that one, then. And thanks, again!

Cheers,

The only problem is that you won't be able to switch which coil you're using with that diagram. Would it matter if the only coil you use is the P90 or just the blade? If that would bug you, you need a different diagram.

Max,
There's no P90. Li'l Screamin Demon (bridge), intage Rails (mid) and Cool Rails (neck). I forgot to mention that I have two tone controls. I didn't quite get what you meant in your last post.

Whoops, I was thinking about P-rails. They've been mentioned here a lot recently.

Yes, it will work for rails, as long as there is 4-conductor wiring.

He was thinking of the SD P-Rails which has a P-90 coil and a rail in a humbucker-sized pickup.  Max probably just ate too much paste at school today  :laughing7:

MUYFUE,
From what I've read it doesn't make much difference which of the bridge coils you use. But I see your point. The PUPs are standard Seymour Duncan.

The jerk in front of me ate all that was left.

ice cream.

School's not starting for another month, I think, btw.

Sorry, Gris,  I removed my post about which coil and all my blah blah blah. it was the post you replied to, 'cause...yeah, we understand each other :toothy12:
It should be a cool sound.
