I think number 2... the first one looks a little like it wishes it was some Dean headstock from eons past.

actually, its somewhat like the McNaught-headstock :)

Are you going to cut one from a paddle head?  Didn't you do that once before, or am I thinking of someone else.

yep, me. but now I've got better tools to do the job...

its going on a les paul :)

a les paul, as said! one will go on a wenge/rosewood les paul, the other a korina/bubinga les paul.
 
I like #1, though I can imagine it would be a royal pain to sand.  I generally lean towards more of a symetrical headstock in 3+3 necks.

I think i will go with #2 anyway :D is more 'kind'looking
 
No vote, here. Where's #4 (both)? They're both OK in my book - but what it really boils down to is what YOU like...
 
I voted for #2 and I would suggest that you use the golden ratio for designing the top part
