that aren't sticked on plastic ?
been looking everywhere, but no one seems to make real wood pickguards
only pickguards on plastic

I have the same vision of a plastic free pickguard (or entire guitar...)  I've found a few links.

These all appear to be all-wood/non veneer (not 100% certain)

Jeannie Pickguards
I emailed them with the question of Veneer Vs. Solid wood, and they can produce them of solid wood.  I was quoted around $100 at the time.

Woody Woodcasters, but theres not much info there, you gotta contact 'em.

JME Woodthings

Woodguarden

These all appear to be Veneer (not 100% certain) but look good.

I also recoment using http://www.google.com to assist in your search.

i've found one
@ www.singlecoil.com

you gotta contact them too
but they only sell pickguard blanks, you gotta do the pickup holes screws etc by yourself

This is a direct quote from the link I posted...

"Woodpickguards.com provides standard and custom wood veneer and solid wood pick guards for your electric or acoustic guitar or bass."
