When was the last year Warmoth made parts for Valley Arts?

I remember that in Aaron's retrospective, he mentioned that Warmoth once made parts for Gibson, but the other shoe finally dropped when I remembered that Valley Arts was bought by Gibson in 2002. I saw a post somewhere that mentioned that Warmoth continued making parts for Valley Arts until manufacturing went completely offshore. Timelines on all of this are unclear, so hoping someone can set the record straight for my own curiosity!

I remember fretting Valley Arts parts around 2006 but I'm not entirely sure when the last batch came through.

I took over the QC job back in 2008, and I remember checking off a few final Valley Arts orders, so it was sometime around then.
