Or an old Martin with CF Martin's signature? Or an old D'Angelico?

Not forgetting the 'celebrity' owner angle too of Blackie and Tiger.....(let alone what McCartney's Hofner, Lennon's Ricky or Neil Young's Old Black will eventually fetch in years to come). For such 'young' pieces of 'art' we are getting there in value!
