I love it!!! so how did you finish it, and isn't it still sticky???

I tried several tung oil based product and New Life sealer and finish gave me the best result.
First cleaned up with white spirit, and applied oil.
Most important is wipe off rest of oil immediately.
New Life recommend 4-6 hours drying time but i was waiting all day (20-24h), and often did polishing it with the clean cotton cloths.
Sanding with steel wool 0000 lightly and applied new coat.
Three coats was enough for desired semi gloss with glossy darker pattern and semigloss lighter pattern of the wenge.

At 4x10 and 1x15 makes inventory taking of the dental filling and massages of inner organs  :icon_biggrin:

Looks great!  Final assembled weight?????

Yea, I'm curious about this too...

Make sure you post in Kg  :icon_biggrin:

5920 g assembled. Not bad...

Sound - excellent, strongly defined bottom (at Ampeg SVT-4Pro and  8x10)

Looks fantastic, brilliant actually. I'm glad I don't have to lug a 6 kilo (13 lb) bass around though.

In Saturday 7/18 played about 1 hour before Uriah Heep (I must open new topic about when prepare photos, guys are fantastic, unbelievable).
Have not felt the large fatigue because I am tall the man, but masses and inertias make difficult the movement. Also all this is nothing and all forgot himself, when hear the sound. Sound is really great. The passive mode makes natural sharp sound with lot of harmonics. The active mode makes new toy for exploring. Aguilar OBP-3 works very well. I turned mid pot to 3 o'clock (70-80% of maximum) and with 400/800Hz parametric switch have simply two great tones selector.
