Is it possible? Also does a thicker neck profile give a beefier tone? Which neck profile does this ? Thanks

The 24 fret option is only available on Warmoth pro construction.

All the options can be read about on the Warmoth site.

Choose a neck profile first and foremost that is suitable for your hand comfort, only you can figure out what that is.

Some schools of thought will dictate that chunkier necks give more tone. Again the different neck profiles can be read about by choosing the relevant menu choice at the left side of the page linked above.

Please read the references provided. Folks on the forum are happy to help in general but posting questions such as what colour should I have my guitar or what about 24 fret vintage truss rods when it clearly states that it is only available for Pro type construction would tend to indicate that either you didn't read it or something.
