Warmoth Build #2

This is my Warmoth build #2.

I put this together last month.  I am really impressed with the quality of Warmoth products.

I like the look of the Fender rosewood Telecaster that George Harrison had and that he used on the Beatles Rooftop Concert.  Was going for that look with Showcase components that I could get a good deal on.

Body is one piece extra light roasted swamp ash.  Neck is Padouk, vintage/modern, ebony fingerboard, stainless 6105 frets, standard thin back. The neck looks redder in the pictures than I think it actually is.

The pickups are Lollar Special T's.

I like traditional tele's and this one came out good.  So I'm very pleased with 2 out of 2 Warmoth builds. The biggest challenge I've had is pressing the tuner bushings and string ferrules into place.  But with some sanding and patience they went in just fine.

Both Warmoth guitars I've put together look and play just great.

Nice job! I've always liked that George Harrison Tele, too. Been tempted to do one, but afraid of the weight.

W's trans brown always looks good and that's a great example. Half the weight and a third of the cost of a rosewood body and, IMHO, looks just as good as the 'real' ones in the showcase right now.
