VK Body wood

Hey everyone. I'm looking for some thoughts on possibly going with swamp ash in a VK body. (the one similar to a certain well known guitar with a V in the name) Reasoning is that since I have gone very strat like in my playing as a second time around player who stopped for a few years I have been going in that direction. But the shape of the VK with some good split coil humbuckers could be a good 2nd instrument. Thanks and best to all of you.

I like the tone of swamp ash , and it's easy to work with .. my only issue has been it can take stains unevenly which can drive you nuts.
