I listened to most of THAT hoping it would get better, but it didn't!

One of those MTV or VH-1 shows, you know the ones, where 20 years after they've worn something out and played it to death, they have a show about how much it sucks.  Well, Europe made the list.  When music was still played on TV, they did a concert and opened and closed it with The Final Countdown.

That was a pretty cool version actually, it kind of needs a rearrangement or they'd just be parodying themselves. The "gaydar" comment was pretty pointless I thought - it's 80's hair metal fer chrissakes, what did you expect apart from too long hair and too far unbuttoned shirts?

Is it just me, or does the keyboard tone in that make you think of the original Mega Man on Nintendo? Now I'll spend the rest of the day trying to remember which weapon to use against which boss....
