The Schaller Sure Claw just looks like a different way to adjust the trem springs. Instead of turning to screws, you turn one Allen key. It's big selling point is that the backplate doesn't have to be removed for adjustments, and there's no risk of a screw driver slipping and hurting a finish. Was that an issue for anyone? Replacing the two Phillips head wood screws with Allen head screws could solve one of those issues, or just being careful. Also, if it's going to be covered, why is it available in multiple finishes? I seems like Snake Oil to me.
