TOO Much Output!!!!

I have an output know on my guitar (volume)...an out put knob on my wireless....an output knob on my pedal board...all this going into the amp.

Not considering the guitar and amp...what is the best way to set/balance the outputs of the pedalboard and wireless so I can miximize my signal strength without causeing output overload and distorting the signal??

The general rule of thumb for gain staging for clean sound is to set things so the later stages overdrive last.  That is, completely the reverse of, say, a blackface fender.  This will get you the maximum clean headroom through the system.
