More and more music businesses are closing shop.  Count Tonefactor.com among them.

I hate to say it, but in reading Premier Guitar & Guitar Player mags all through our supposed economic "crash", I had the bad feeling that there were at least 50 custom boutique-y guitar guys, another 50 amp makers and maybe 60 or 80 stompbox makers - who all chose to open up an expensive beezaneez with (hindsightedly) HORRIBLE timing.... The stompbox guys may be the first to fall out because they have the least amount invested, but there are gonna be some luthiers eating sawdust and amp builders lighting & heating their tents with vacuum tubes before it all settles out.
