Wow!  That's an old keyboard!  I don't think they even make PS/2 keyboards anymore. Plus, it harks back to the days when Windows had so many flaws in it--not so much the case anymore.

I met the guy that programmed Ctrl+Alt+Del.  He has died since, but the buttons were fairly arbitrary.  Just the first 3 buttons he thought of that would be difficult to accidentally press.
