PT7316. I've emailed Warmoth about it - we'll see what they reply.
Meanwhile, I'm going to ask you!
It looks as though the body is routed for Strat pickups, not a problem, I can cope with that.
But how on earth do I mount the bridge pickup?
And if I ask nicely can they route the bridge for a Tele pickup and the neck for a humbucker?

Trying to setup a Thinline body exactly the way I want it makes that body look cheap!

That's a fine choice of body.

As I recall, they can route finished bodies for anything that will fit in them. Give them a call and tell the rep what you want. If it isn't possible, they will tell you. If it is, you're in business.

A fast response from Unofficial Warmoth AND from Warmoth Sales!
They have already replied.
They can re-route the body for a neck humbucker.
They can't re-route the body for a Tele bridge pickup.

For mounting the Strat bridge pickup they recommend either mounting direct to the wood or using a Strat pickup ring.

So there we go. Time for a gin and tonic, a sharp intake of breath and damage the credit card!

Done!
Now I just have to wait for the body and the Superwide Warhead Roasted Maple neck with Canary fretboard to arrive. Black sharkfin inlays!

Wait a month or so and the body and neck should have made their way through Her Majesties Revenue and Customs (after payment of import tariff and 20% Value Added Tax and the handling fee). Pics then!

I’m usually not a fan of tops like that, but that is beautiful!!  :o

Just got the tracking number through - the neck and body are on their way to Blighty!
:icon_thumright:  (Had to look up "Blighty", new word for my lexicon.....)

The tracking number shows the body and neck were placed in the tender care of Her Majesty's Customs and Excise at 4pm Sunday 24th of March.
In a few days I should get letter asking for about $250 in taxes and handling charges. Sometimes all you get hit for is the handling charge. We'll see...

Things to note when ordering from outside the USA:
necks and bodies are sent in separate boxes with one tracking number for each box.

I have collected the body - it is beautiful. The photos on the Warmoth website did not do it justice!
Although the neck and the body arrived in Her Majestys Customs and Excise at the same time ... the neck is still there!

Did they ask for the taxes?

One can be certain that they did including on the shipping. They have a country to finance :-)

There was Customs Duty at 6%, Value Added Tax at 20% and a handling charge.
Came to £144 = $190, less than I expected!

The tracking number tells me the neck is finally out of HM Customs and Excise so I should get some sort of notice through the post tomorrow (Thursday) morning and be able to pick it up on Friday.

Will I have to give them more money? Dunno... The bill I paid said it was for the body AND the neck!

£94 = $123 in Customs Duty and Value Added Tax and Handling Fees to collect the neck.

It is a very very nice neck. Superwide Warhead roasted maple with canary fretboard and black sharkfin inlays.
Slots into the body beautifully.
I have a few things to sort out and acquire before I can put it together.

glad to hear it got there  safely, not so glad about the duties.  Do you have any pics of the body?  Saw the pic on warmoth website, looks beautiful
