Sure, why not? What you'd probably want to do, is route it to take a P90. Mini hums traditionally are put in p90 routes.
You can then - use the mini hum surrounds, that are available in cream, black, or white (rare). For those you use a P90 pickguard route.
Or you can use the flat mount rings (like full size rings to take a mini hum), which are metal, and available in chrome, gold, and black... maybe some other colors too. For those I'm not sure of the pickguard route, but a pickup sized route can be used with just a little bit of modification to allow the spring to clear.
Or you can hang the mini hum from the pickguard route that is pickup sized.
