I just received a Telecaster body from Warmoth that's drilled for a standard tele bridge but there's not a separate hole for running a ground wire underneath the bridge. Is this normal?
There isn't one for standard Tele bridges because you have access to the underside of the bridge plate from the bridge pickup cavity. For other style bridges, there will be one.
Even then... access to the underside of the bridge plate is unnecessary. The baseplate of the tele bridge PU is wired to ground already, and the bridge will be grounded by contact with the PU mounting/adjustment screws.
