I have stripped a project back to the wood. Is there a tool or technique for stripping the paint out of the various cavities or is it not worth the trouble?

Some of it will be visible, like in the spring cavity. I don't use a cover. I used paper towels and paint thinner to smooth things out. I am not worried about the color since the primer etc will cover that. The junk that got in their from stripping the rest of the body though looked bad. Fortunately the paint stripper and towels did the trick
