strat pickup in a humbucker cover

I have a guitar routed for 2 HBs.

I want to put a strat neck and strat bridge pickup (actually a duncan twangbanger) in the HB routes.

Can I stick the strat pickups straight on humbucker covers and mount them? Would the poles line up with the holes in the hb covers? Also I hear there could be 'interference' issues? Any idea about this?

Or

Can I could mount the strat pickups directly on :

So the top line would show the poles of the strat pickup. While I would have to fill in the remaining space/bottom line with something else : foam or sponge?

Also with this there would be a question whether the poles are better aligned if they were positioned in the middle of the HB - like a SD phatcat.

Or

May be use adapters like these :
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B074R14JLC/?tag=tdpri-20

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00XRNQF42/?tag=tdpri-20

But think they will look kinda bare.

So was thinking whether I could round them up with :
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07F6WHNVS/?tag=tdpri-20

Would I be able to mount these along with the adapters?

Appreciate any insights.

Think you answered your own question... Use an adapter. They're designed for exactly this purpose so I don't know why they wouldn't work? Everything will line up better. Also i think they will look better than filling extra holes with sponge...

In any case, because Strat pickups are wider, you can't put humbucker covers on them.

As for how to mount them, it may depend a bit on how the body was routed. If it was top-routed with the thought in mind of going without a pickguard, then you'd need adapters, but you'd still have to route the body to hold the pickups because of the width/shape/orientation issue. If the pickguard is still going to be used, there's still some routing to do, but generally it's a "swimming pool" or "universal" rout that gets covered by the 'guard so aesthetics aren't an issue. Then, you just get the appropriate cutouts made for your pickups.

The EMG-60 was designed to be that. Or how about a Humbucker from Hell or. bluesbucker?

Then there's these:

If you're willing to spend, then get these... true Alnico pole Strat singlecoils
