So watching this tonight, not sure how old this is.
Gilmour is playing a beat white strat with a gold pickguard and hw. Odd the neck has the same wear markings as the one when he last played his black strat.
I know his black strat has had many necks,,,but how many strats has this neck had? It seems like one more.
 
and WOW, those pups are sitting high off the deck
mine get stratitus much before they get there - and they are low output Fralins

David Gilmour's beaten white Strat would be totally stock without any neck changes.  This is because this Strat bears the serial 0001 from 1954.  It is not the first Strat ever produced but it certainly is from an early batch that came out of Fullerton.
