Stock up on Ash???

Heard this story on NPR this afternoon; scary prospect of Ash trees going extinct in North America unless the Emerald Ash Borer can be contained; genetic hybrid trees resistant to pest would take decades to replace indigenous ash trees...

Not to mention board members here would swear the GMO ash has a different tone than the wild tree...
Still a pretty scary proposition though.

Damn you, emerald ash borer... let's squish some bugs, guys!  I'm a vegan and I try not to kill animals in general, but these little f*ckers are asking for it!

I bet if you look hard enough, some forum or article on the web has attributed the root of this problem to 'W'  :sad1:
