I didn't discern much difference in the Celestion range, they pretty much all sound good. I didn't care for the middle three brands (fane/jensen/tayden), and my favourite of the group was Weber's Silver Bell

Interesting! I liked the V30, Greenback, Silver Bell and P12R speakers. Less muffled.

This doesn't say much about power handling, characteristics of the actual physical sound etc but it's an interesting exercise. One can hope it gives a rough idea of how things sound.

I agree that the Celestions were all pretty much alike here.

Wow, no kidding about the Silver Bell - I listened to a bunch of Celestions which were very similar sounding to me, and then the Weber kinda blew me away.
